Cognitive Skills Development Program

Strengthening the Skills Behind Learning, Focus & Independence

Helping Children Think Better. Learn Better. Do Better.

Children today face rising academic pressure, constant distractions, and increasing emotional overwhelm. To succeed in school and life, they need strong Cognitive Skills - the mental abilities that help them plan effectively, focus deeply, adapt to challenges, and complete tasks independently.

The WeListen Cognitive Skills Development Program is a structured, research-based intervention designed for children aged 8–15 years to build these essential learning and life skills.

This is not tutoring or remedial teaching.
This is brain-skill development - helping children learn how to learn.

Parents and students attend a practical session to understand what cognitive skills are and how they affect learning, behavior, and emotional control.

2
Individual Cognitive Profile Assessment

Every child completes a comprehensive assessment that maps their strengths and challenges across 5 Core Cognitive Domains: Working Memory, Planning, Attention, Flexibility, and Goal-Directed Persistence.

3
Personalized 3-Month Intervention Plan

Based on the profile, we design a custom plan that includes weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, domain-wise strengthening activities, and real-life academic applications.

4
Domain-Based Skill Strengthening

Every week includes a one-on-one session to review performance, provide feedback, and adjust the activity plan for the next week.
