Bridge the Gap Between School and Real Life

Because 10th Grade is a Milestone, but Life is the Destination.

Is your child ready for the world beyond the classroom? Most students spend their summer recovering from board exams, only to dive blindly into a PUC stream that defines their next decade. We believe there is a better way.

The WeListen Summer Residency is a 22-day immersive experience designed to give 9th and 10th graders the one thing school doesn't: Real-World Context.

The Journey: 22 Days to Independence

Our blended model combines interactive online labs with on-ground industry discovery.
Phase 1

The Inner Compass (Skill Foundations)

Online Workshops | April 15 – April 26 We don't just "teach" life skills; we build them. Through 10 days of live, interactive sessions, students master:

Decision Making: Learning to evaluate choices and make confident decisions.
Creative Writing: Expressing ideas clearly through structured and creative communication.
Emotional Intelligence: Understanding and managing emotions effectively.
Time Management & Discipline: Building habits to stay focused, organized, and consistent.
Phase 2

The Simulation Lab (Applying the Skills)

Online Collaboration | April 29 – May 3 Knowledge is useless without action. During this week, students dive into:

Live Dilemmas: Solving real-world scenarios through guided decision-making.
SOP Refinement: Presenting goals and strengths with clarity and structure.
Conflict Roleplays: Practicing communication and resolving conflicts effectively.
Group projects: Collaborating with peers to solve problems and share ideas.
Phase 3

The Discovery Trek (On-Ground Exposure)

Field Visits | May 6 – May 10 Students step outside the "school bubble" to witness four distinct professional worlds before they commit to a PUC stream:

The Corporate Hub: Seeing how teams collaborate and office ecosystems thrive.
Healthcare Exposure: Understanding the diverse roles within medical and allied health fields.
Creative Industries: Going behind the scenes of studios and media agencies.
NGOs & Social Impact: Experiencing how purpose-driven work changes lives.
Phase 4

The Showcase (Integration & Closure)

Final Days

What I Learned & What I Choose Next": A dedicated presentation where students share their new direction.
Parent Showcase: Families are invited to witness the final transformation and graduation.
Global Readiness Certification: Every student walks away with the official WeListen Certificate of Completion.

The "Why WeListen" Difference

Engagement, Not Lectures

Every 2-hour session follows a "Power-Hour" structure - starting with a spark and ending with an actionable takeaway.

Career Clarity

We provide the data and experience needed to choose a future with confidence, not guesswork.

Emotional Support

We focus on the person behind the student, building the resilience required for a global stage.
