Services: welisten provides an online platform connecting users with mental health professionals for counseling and wellness coaching.
User Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service independently.
Payment: All payments are processed securely through our authorized third-party payment gateway.
Prohibited Use: Users may not use the platform for any illegal activities or to transmit harmful software.
Intellectual Property: All content, logos, and materials on this site are the property of welisten and may not be used without prior written consent.
Not a Crisis Service: welisten is NOT a crisis intervention or emergency mental health service. If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm or a life-threatening emergency, please contact your local emergency services or a suicide prevention hotline immediately.
Scope of Service: For users within India, services are provided as Clinical/Psychological Counseling. For international users, services are provided as "Wellness and Mental Health Coaching."
No Medical Advice: Content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Liability: While we vet our practitioners, welisten is not liable for specific outcomes or the individual advice provided during sessions.
At welisten, we value the time of both our clients and our practitioners.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Refunds:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or session credit.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or "no-shows," are non-refundable.
Processing: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Technical Issues: If a session is interrupted due to a technical fault on our end, we will provide a complimentary reschedule.
